Delve in
Click on the top navigation categories to be drawn into the site. For example, when you click on bath & body, you’re taken to a page filled with left-hand navigation choices that will take you to the full range of products in that subset. Enjoy browsing. When you see an item you want to purchase, click on “buy now” below the item or click on the item itself to open a more detailed description page. You can then click on the size and quantity you want and then click on “buy now”.

Did you get everything you need?
When you’re finished shopping, be sure to click on “View basket” – which is placed just below the top navigation line. It’s a bit easy to miss as the print is extra small, so look carefully. Review the items in your basket, checking for accuracy.

Save save save
Wait a second. There must be a coupon or promotional code somewhere. Be sure to open a new browser window and visit http://www.promotionalcodes.org.uk/the-body-shop-promotional-code/ to find a promotional code. Copy the code and return to your basket. Paste the code where it asks for “voucher code” and click on “apply”. Check to make sure the new discount has been applied to your total and then click on “continue to checkout”.

Checking out
In order to check out, you must first check in, either as a new customer creating an account or as an existing customer. New customers simply provide their email address and then create a password before clicking on “continue to checkout”. Existing customers log in with their email address and password before clicking on “continue to checkout”.

Provide your details
The billing and delivery page will ask for your living and shipping addresses. It is here where you select your preferred delivery method as well. Review your order one last time and then provide your payment details at the bottom of the screen before clicking on “complete purchase”.

Save for your records
Save and/or print the last page of the transaction so you have a proof of purchase.
