Returning or new customer?
Registered customers can log into their Superquinn account with an email address and password. If you’re a new customer, you can either sign up now or after you’re done shopping: just click “Go” on the option you prefer.

Sign up for an account
If you choose to sign up now, add your Superquinn Reward Card number and name to the box that pops up, and click “Signup.” If you don’t have a Reward Card, click “Signup” at the bottom of the box. Then, fill out the “New Customer Quick Signup” form with your name, address, phone number, etc. Use the dropdown menu to select your local Superquinn store, and check the “Terms & Conditions” box. Click “Continue Sign Up,” and then select your county and city area from the dropdown menus in the validation box that pops up. Click “Go.”

Select Rewards Card communication options and start shopping
Tick the boxes next to the communications preferences for which you want to sign up (email contact, text messages, newsletter, etc.). Click “Continue Sign Up.” You’ll receive a confirmation page, with a Rewards Card number assigned to you (if you didn’t have one already). Click “Start Shopping” and browse Superquinn’s wide selection of veg, meats, cheeses, bread and other groceries. Click “Add to Basket” to place items in your virtual shopping cart.

Go to your shopping basket
When you’re done shopping, click on the “View Your Basket” link to review your order. If you make any changes, make sure you click on “Save Changes” to keep them. Click “Place Order,” and then sign into your account with your email address and password. Click “Go.”

Choose delivery options
Use the dropdown menu to select your delivery location, or the store from which you want to collect your groceries. If you need to add delivery instructions, do so using the provided text box. Make sure your contact information is correct, and decide if you want to utilize Superquinn’s substitution service for items not in stock. Click “Continue Checkout” and use the table to reserve a date and time for your scheduled home delivery. Click “Continue Checkout” again.

Add payment information
Fill out the “Payment Details” section as instructed with your credit card information. If your delivery and billing addresses are the same, tick the “Yes” circle on the right. If you tick “No,” you’ll need to fill out the billing address fields accordingly. Make sure all items with asterisks are complete and correct!

Take a moment to browse our website for special offers on Superquinn orders. When you see one you want to use, just click “View Code & Open Site” to get the voucher code to appear. Copy this code and return to Superquinn.

Enter your voucher code and finish up
Scroll down to the “Promotional Coupons & Other Offers” box, and click on the double arrow to open up a field for your promotional voucher code. Paste or enter your code, click “Apply Voucher,” and then scroll down to the bottom to click “Place Order” and complete your Superquinn transaction. Your groceries have now been purchased, and will be delivered (or ready for you to collect) on the date you selected. No lines, no parking, no trolleys—grocery shopping doesn’t get much easier!
