Refunds

If there is a problem with your food and you can’t eat it, make sure you phone the restaurant and have someone return to collect it. Then send hungryhouse.co.uk an email to let them know what happened. If you paid in cash, the restaurant should refund you upon collection and if you paid online, hungryhouse.co.uk will refund you within three working days. The important thing to remember here is to keep the food – if you throw it in the bin or eat it and then complain, you won’t get any money back.
