Search for tickets at East Midlands Trains
Go to East Midlands Trains’ website at www.buytickets.eastmidlandstrains.co.uk and enter your travel information into the Advanced Search form. You can even add Railcard information using the drop-down menu.

Find one of our discount codes
Come back to www.promotionalcodes.org.uk to check out our money-saving codes for East Midlands Trains, and click “View Code & Open Site” on the one you want. Copy the code that appears.

Apply a promo code to your ticket
Click back to the East Midlands Trains website and paste the code into the Promotional Codes field (right under the Railcards field). Then click “Check Fares and Availability.”

Select schedule and price
Choose the time you want to leave (and return, if needed) and the price you want to pay by ticking the small round circles beneath each schedule. The cheapest options will be outlined in yellow. A window will pop up on the right showing the summary of your journey. Once you have selected your tickets, click the “Next” button in this window.

Choose travel options
Select seat position, Travelcards or Plusbus tickets and then click “Continue.”

Log in or create an account
If you’ve already got an account with East Midlands Trains, just enter your email address and password to log in. Otherwise, click “New Customer? Sign Up Here” and fill out the New Account Registration page as directed. Click “Register Now.”

Select a delivery option and review your order
Tickets can be obtained from the self-service ticket machine at your choice of station, or they can be mailed to you. Tick the circle to the left of the delivery option you prefer, and click “Continue.” Double-check your travel arrangements on the following page, tick the “Terms and Conditions” box, and click “Proceed to Payment.”

Add credit card information and complete your order
Complete the Payment Details page as directed, then click “Buy Tickets” to submit your order.
