Here you’ll find a wide range of individual Lego pieces and complete sets, with prices starting from as little as £1! Whilst the price drops vary from product to product, most of the items come with a discount of between 10% and 50%, so you’re always sure to bag a bargain. Extra tip – if you’re after Christmas-themed Lego, visit this part of the site on January 2nd. This is when some of the Christmas stock gets reduced!

Free Delivery

If your Lego order adds up to more than £50, it will automatically qualify for free standard UK delivery which takes up to five business days to arrive. If your order doesn’t quite make the £50 mark and you really don’t want to fork out for delivery unless you absolutely have to, take a look at the ‘Sales and Deals’ part of the website. You might just find something small and cheap here which you can add to your basket so your order adds up to £50+ and qualifies for free delivery.

Free Returns

Is the Lego set you bought not quite as good as it looked on the website? Then you’ll be glad to know that you can return it for a full refund without paying a single penny. To get your money back, simply get in touch with the Lego Customer Service team by calling the number listed on the website, filling out the online form or sending them a letter through the post, asking for a Return Authorisation Number. Then when you’ve got your number, all you have to do is package up your order (it must be in the same condition it was delivered in) along with the filled out returns form and post it back via your local Post Office. As long as you return your order within 90 days of receiving it, you’ll be refunded the cost of your order and the money you paid to return it, providing you can give proof of postage, so make sure you pick one up from the Post Office. Completely unopened boxes and opened boxes which contain unopened plastic bags inside will be fully refunded. Opened items will be refunded in the form of credit on your Lego account or can be exchanged, but gift cards cannot be refunded or exchanged at all.

Do you regularly shop on the Lego website? Then you could take advantage of some mega savings by signing up for the Lego VIP Programme. This loyalty scheme rewards you with 1 VIP point for every £1 you spend on the Lego site. Each point is worth a 5p discount on a future order, which might not sound like much, but it certainly adds up if you make frequent or large purchases. You can sign up for the Lego VIP programme through the Lego website when you place an order, the next time you’re in your local store or whenever you like over the phone.
