This site is pretty good for finding trendy, fashionable shoes. But, and this is a big but, you can’t sort through the products by size, and I find that really annoying. You have to click on each shoe to learn what sizes are offered, which is cumbersome and not at all easy. When compared to other sites, it’s downright archaic. Still, the prices are ok and the selection is pretty good. My daughter really likes the shoes, so I still order from Allsole.com. For myself, however, I look for easier to navigate sites. The “what’s hot” section under the men’s and women’s collections is also really handy for finding the latest styles. The site claims to offer the best prices on some big brands, like Ugg, and the site is colourful and easy on the eye. And there’s a good-sized outlet section full of great deals. Most of the shoes, as far as I can tell, are offered with free international delivery, so the prices listed are the prices you see in your basket at the end.

Typically I purchase my shoes in person since it can be difficult to find shoes that fit well. My girlfriend has bought many pairs from All Sole.com and had no problem. Since she had a good experience with the site I decided to give it a try when I needed new shoes for work.

At the time I bought my shoes they were having a 50% off sale which seemed to be for the off season shoes (winter). It took a while to decide on a pair since the sale section was only organised by men’s or women’s, in the non-sale category at least they were organized in a way that makes sense – smart, casual, trainer, etc.

Eventually I opted for a tan Ted Baker pair that wound up being a 40% off discount. The shipping was free but I hadn’t read the fine print that return shipping was not covered as well. Unfortunately the shoes were too large, which was a shame since I did like the style and the price was right. Making the return process clearer would be really helpful. When I looked on the site to find how to handle a return, it took me ages just to find the appropriate section that explained it.

I've been after a pair of Uggs for a while, and finally I gave in and purchased a pair from Allsole. Like others have mentioned, the site isn't the most user-friendly when it comes to searching by size, but besides that, I quickly found the style and colour I wanted. I was thrilled about the free delivery and the fit was great. I spotted a new pair of Hunter wellies as well, so I'm sure I'll be back for them when I save up the £!

I ordered a pair of shoes on 11th December 2011 on Allsole.com and now 6.5 weeks later they have not even been dispatched. Even taking into account Christmas this is really awful customer service and I will not be using this website again as you cannot even guarantee that you will receive what you have ordered.

I've been ordering shoes and particularly from AllSole for a long time. I was originally tempted there by an online advert and expected not to find much. I was happily surprised then when I found that the selection of shoes available are stylish and from top quality brands that are well known and respected. It's really good, as a man, to have all these brands in one place as it's time consuming and difficult to look for them one by one. I can only speak for the men's selection but the first time I logged on I was looking for a pair from my sisters (rather unorthodoxly casual) wedding and was hard pressed to pick from the huge selection I wanted to buy. I like that the checkout is so simple, literally 2 or 3 easy steps and you're done, plus you can buy with Paypal which is a great help. Shipping was free so I decided to splash out to get them delivered the next day and it only cost me £4.95 which I thought was quite reasonable. I've since shopped with them 3 or 4 more times and never been disappointed. They're my favourite shoe shop by a mile.
