Free delivery

All orders which add up to more than €50 are delivered for free via standard ROI delivery which takes 3-5 working days to arrive. Orders smaller than this come with a €5 delivery charge. So if you want to make every penny count and your order doesn’t quite make the €50 mark, check out the ‘sale’ section of the site to see if there is a cheap pair of shoes you can place in your basket so your total order qualifies for free delivery.

Free store delivery

Another way of getting out of paying for your order is to collect it from the Schuh Ireland store of your choice. This free delivery option is available on all orders – however much they add up to – and your order will be available to collect within 3-5 working days. Make sure you take your confirmation email and the card you used to pay for your order with you when you go to collect.

Free click and collect reserve

If you’re in a rush, you can also opt for the free one hour click and collect or free click and reserve service. The former allows you to place and pay for your order online and then collect it in 60 minutes from the store of your choice. The latter lets you reserve your item in your chosen store and then collect and pay for it in-store before the end of the next working day. These delivery options are subject to stock availability and therefore all orders aren’t eligible. Free extended returns

Didn’t get the right size or aren’t happy with your order? Then you’ll be glad to know that Schuh Ireland lets you return all orders free of charge for a full refund. To get your money back, take your unwanted shoes along with your confirmation email, the card you used to pay for the order and your returns form to your nearest Schuh Ireland store. As long as you give the shoes back in perfect condition within 365 days, you’ll receive your refund without any problems.

Extra money saving tips

Student discount

All Level 3 students can enjoy a 10% discount throughout the year on full price items and sale goods alike with Schuh Ireland. To get your discount, click on the ‘Live help’ tab on the Schuh website and select ‘video chat’. You’ll then be asked to show your Student Card on webcam. When a member of staff has seen your card, they’ll send you your discount code which you’ll need to type into the promo box every time you place an order. Alternatively, you can scan your Student Card and email it along with the expiry date of your NUS/Matriculation card or visit the Schuh page on the UNiDAYS website to get your discount code.
